1. What is the FIRST thing I should do if I want to buy a house? And what necessary documents should I provide?

You are not required to do any thing at first to buy a house. The only thing to do is to choose the house type you interested on and contact us.

2. Will you make the title dead available to me if I am not on the loan?

As soon as the construction work of the house is completed and you settle all the payments, the title dead will be made available to you. In order to facilitate the transferring process, we have made each plan for the plots prepared and authenticated in the municipality.

3. Is there an option for design modifications?

Our homes are designed to suit the interests of most customers. Prior to commencement of the work we have collected ideas and comments on the proposed design from home buyers and professionals. Changing the structural design and the exterior part of the house affects the system and the neighborhood beauty. However some minor changes and modifications, such as demolishing and/or making partition in the interior design is still possible.

4. What is the realistic number of homes you built?

We are building seventy eight (78) G+1 homes at Rose Land Luxury homes project. Currently we have built 36 out of the 78 homes. We also plan to construct and sell about 450 flat apartments and 50 Town Houses at Bole Bulbula project.

5. What is the difference between you and other real estate companies?
